TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Ibbenbüren intends to complete the road development of the traffic facilities in the residential area "Am Wasserwerk" in Ibbenbüren-Dörenthe within the scope of development plans No. 164 "Am Wasserwerk" and No. 166 "Am Wasserwerk II". The residential area is already partially developed or constructed. For the road completion, the existing conditions regarding inventory, elevation, drainage, pipelines, construction roads, lighting, and connection conditions must be particularly considered. This procurement procedure awards the planning services of object planning for traffic facilities to implement the project. The services to be awarded include service phases 2 to 8 according to § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 13 HOAI. In addition to the basic services, special services and additional services must be provided, in particular local construction supervision as well as further project-related services for organization, coordination, cost and schedule tracking.
