Tender reference number 2710082168 As part of owner responsibility LMBV intends to transfer to third parties the obligations of the property owner for areas located in Halle/Ammendorf. This specifically concerns maintenance of green areas as well as cleaning of footpaths and winter services in accordance with the respective street cleaning statutes on and at the LMBV properties. The cleaning of the footpath and the road gully including removal of grass and plant growth as well as removal of dirt, glass and other contamination must be carried out once per month within the specified periods. Street cleaning is generally to be carried out from Monday to Friday, except on Sundays and public holidays. The need to carry out winter services is monitored by the CONTRACTING PARTY at its own responsibility, it being agreed that max. 2 deployments are to be provided per day.
