Tender reference number 2710082232 As part of the property owner’s responsibility, LMBV intends to transfer the obligations of the property owner for areas located in the district of Espenhain to third parties. This concerns in particular maintenance of green areas as well as cleaning of sidewalks and winter maintenance services in accordance with the respective street cleaning statutes on and at the properties of LMBV. The cleaning of the sidewalk and the street channel incl. removing grass and plant growth as well as removing dirt, glass and other contamination must be carried out once a month within the specified time periods. As a rule, street cleaning is to be provided Monday to Friday, except on Sundays and public holidays. The Contractor monitors the need for carrying out winter maintenance independently and it is agreed that max. 2 deployments per day are to be provided.
