TENDER DESCRIPTION
Contract award reference 2710082160 Street cleaning, winter service, maintenance of green areas As part of property owner responsibility, LMBV intends to transfer the obligations of the property owner for areas located in the locality of Zschornewitz to third parties. This concerns in particular the maintenance of green areas as well as the cleaning of footpaths and the provision of winter service in accordance with the respective street cleaning by-laws on and at the properties of LMBV. The cleaning of the footpath and the street channel, including the removal of grass and plant growth as well as the removal of dirt, glass and other types of contamination, must be carried out once a month within the specified time periods. The contractor monitors the need to provide winter service independently, it being agreed that max. 2 deployments per day will be provided. Further details are to be found in the tender documents.
