TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is, in accordance with the tender conditions, in particular: - carrying out an engineering-geological survey and a radon survey, - preparing an architectural study, - preparing documentation for obtaining permission for the intended purpose, - preparing construction documentation for execution, including a budget and bill of quantities, - performing the role of the BOZP (occupational safety and health) coordinator during the preparation of the construction, - ensuring engineering activities in construction (including obtaining the required opinions/standpoints) leading to a legally effective permission for the intended purpose, - cooperation in selecting the construction contractor, - performing the designer’s supervision activity during the execution of the construction.
