Strategic noise map of the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare a “Strategic noise map of the city of Dąbrowa Górnicza” for the situation as of 2026 — in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Appendix No 7 to the specification of terms of the contract/Schedule 1 to the Draft Contract. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) acquisition, verification, completion and processing of input data; 2) preparation/update of the Numerical Terrain Model (NMT), the Three-Dimensional Buildings Model (TMB)/building volumes and spatial data; carrying out noise measurements and non-acoustic measurements; 3) development of the acoustic model compliant with Common Noise Assessment Methods in Europe (CNOSSOS-EU); 4) calibration and validation of the model; 5) preparation of the descriptive and graphical part of the Strategic Noise Map (SMH); 6) analyses of exposure of residents and the health effects of noise; 7) development of assumptions for the POH; 8) preparation of data and spreadsheets for the Chief Inspectorate of Environmental Protection (GIOŚ)/the database maintained by…
