TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority intends to contract strategic intermediary services in the field of mobility and logistics in one lot. This concerns the management of programmes and projects for the development of mobility and logistics policy and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, often at a strategic level, of the implementation of this policy and in the field of policy for an integrated mobility and transport system — including freight transport, passenger transport, and sectors such as Construction, Healthcare, Retail, etc. It involves fulfilling the network function, programme management and the platform function by the (potential) contractor. The scope includes: 1. Fulfilling the network function; 2. Programme management and project management; 3. Setting up a platform function; 4. Grant allocation on behalf of the Client.
