TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a supplier who will ensure for the contracting authority the provision of catering services for the employees of Národná diaľničná spoločnosť, a.s. for a period of 48 months, from the date the Agreement becomes effective, in accordance with the provisions of Section 152 of Act No 311/2001 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, namely through meal vouchers and electronic meal cards or vouchers at selected catering establishments of the supplier’s contractual partners, who are authorised to provide these services.
