TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this procurement is the operation management of the public lighting installations in the city of Pfungstadt (approx. 2,100 light points). The future contract awardee shall carry out the operation, maintenance, rectification and fault clearance, renewal and expansion, as well as new installation and dismantling of electrical road lighting installations in the area of the city of Pfungstadt during the term of the contract. As the operator, the future contract awardee assumes responsibility for the safe operation and the safe condition of the lighting installations. In addition, the contract awardee will be commissioned with any required services for street lighting. These include also the installation and operation of a new lighting control system, as well as the implementation of energy efficiency investment measures at the start of the contract term. For the purpose of providing the lighting service, the municipality grants the contract awardee a right of use to the lighting installations necessary for successful lighting, to the extent required to fulfil the contractual obligations.
