During the maximum total contract duration (fixed term plus extension period, 2026-2030), a total estimated delivery quantity (minimum purchase quantity + optional purchase quantity) of 20,100 knitted jackets is currently expected. Minimum purchase quantity fixed term (2026-2029): 7,800 knitted jackets Minimum purchase quantity optional contract extension (2030): 3,100 knitted jackets The contractor has a claim to the purchase of the minimum quantities. The client, on the other hand, is entitled to the delivery of the quantities exceeding this (optional quantities) under the agreed conditions.
