The framework agreement comes into effect with the award of the contract, which is planned for November 13, 2026. The fixed term of the contract ends on December 31, 2029.

There is an optional right for the client to extend the contract, which must be exercised by September 30, 2029. If this option is exercised, the contract will extend from January 01, 2030, for a maximum total contract duration of 48 months, including both the fixed and extension periods. After 48 months, the contract ends automatically without the need for separate termination.

• Deadline for bidder questions: September 11, 2026.
• Latest receipt of offer by the awarding authority (offer and exclusion deadline): September 23, 2026, 12:00 PM.
• Sending of preliminary information according to § 134 GWB: November 02, 2026.
• Planned award of contract by the awarding authority: November 13, 2026.
• After the first call-off, goods must be delivered as quickly as possible, but no later than 16 weeks after the call-off is received.
• Call-offs for the state of Hessen will occur up to six times a year.
• Call-offs for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate will occur up to three times a year.
