TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is full supply of the specified offtake points of SchulCentrum Augustinum gGmbH with electricity or natural gas, including all energy-trading services required for this. The contract includes, in particular, supply of the offtake points in accordance with actual requirements, energy-trading processing, balancing group management, procurement of replacement energy, coordination with grid operators, and assumption of the processes required for supply. The tender is carried out in two lots: Lot 1, electricity supply; Lot 2, natural gas supply. The contract term is three years, with delivery start on 01.01.2027. The tender covers an electricity demand of approximately 480 to 529 MWh per delivery year and a natural gas demand of approximately 2,059 MWh per delivery year. For the electricity supply, full supply with 100 percent green electricity from new renewable energy installations is required.
