TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the supply of electricity (green electricity) for various offtake points of Lower Saxony municipalities, associations and municipal special-purpose entities in the district of Ammerland. The type and scope of the service are determined by the description of the service and the other tender documents. The delivery period begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2028, 24:00. The delivery period is therefore two years. The specific start of delivery for individual offtake points may differ from the aforementioned delivery period. The information in the description of the service and its annexes (in particular the overview of offtake points) is decisive. Unless a different provision has been made in the description of the service or its annexes, the start of supply for the respective offtake points shall be the respective delivery start at 01.01.2027, 00:00.
