TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the supply of electric energy (green electricity) for various delivery points of Lower Saxony municipalities, associations, and municipal enterprises in the Braunschweig district. The type and scope of the service result from the service description as well as the further procurement documents. The delivery period begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours and ends on 31.12.2028, 24:00 hours. The delivery period is therefore two years. The specific start of delivery for individual delivery points may differ from the mentioned delivery period. In this respect, the information in the service description and its annexes (in particular the delivery points overview) is decisive. Unless a deviating regulation is made in the service description or its annexes, the start of supply shall be the respective delivery start on 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours. The supply comprises a total of approximately 592 delivery points.
