TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is the supply of electricity (green electricity) for various offtake points of Lower Saxony municipalities, associations and municipal own-operated enterprises in the District of Weser-Ems. The type and scope of the service result from the service description and the other tender documents. The supply period begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2028, 24:00. The supply period is therefore two years. The specific start of supply for individual offtake points may differ from the stated supply period. The determining factor in this respect is the information in the service description and its annexes (in particular the offtake point overview). If no different provision is made in the service description or its annexes, the start of supply shall be deemed to be the respective delivery start at 01.01.2027, 00:00. The supply covers a total of approximately 834 offtake points.
