TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this tender is the supply of electricity (green electricity) for the municipality of Berne in Lower Saxony. The type and scope of the service are set out in the specifications and in the other tender documents. The supply period begins on 01.01.2027 at 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2029 at 24:00. The supply period is thus three years. The specific start of supply for individual offtake points may differ from the stated supply period. The determining factor in this respect are the details in the specifications and their annexes (in particular the offtake points overview). Unless the specifications or their annexes provide for a different arrangement, the start of supply for each individual supply shall be the respective delivery start at 01.01.2027 at 00:00. The supply covers a total of approximately 87 offtake points.
