TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the tender is the supply of electrical energy (green electricity) for the Municipality of Berne in Lower Saxony. The type and scope of the service result from the performance specification as well as the other tender documents. The delivery period begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2029, 24:00. The delivery period is therefore three years. The specific delivery start of individual offtake points may differ from the delivery period stated. In that respect, the information in the performance specification and its annexes (in particular the offtake points overview) shall be decisive. Unless a different provision is made in the performance specification or its annexes, the start of supply shall be the respective delivery start on 01.01.2027, 00:00. The supply covers a total of approx. 87 offtake points.
