TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the supply of electrical energy (green electricity) for the Hanseatic City of Uelzen in Lower Saxony. The type and scope of the service are derived from the service description as well as the further procurement documents. The supply period begins on 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours and ends on 31.12.2028, 24:00 hours. Thus, the supply period is two years. The exact start of supply for individual delivery points may differ from the mentioned supply period. In this respect, the information in the service description and its annexes (in particular the overview of delivery points) is decisive. Unless a deviating regulation is made in the service description or its annexes, the start of delivery shall be considered as the respective delivery start on 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours. The supply comprises a total of approximately 92 delivery points.
