TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the supply of electric energy (green electricity) for the City of Clausthal-Zellerfeld in Lower Saxony. The type and scope of the service result from the service description and the other tender documents. The delivery period starts on 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours and ends on 31.12.2028, 24:00 hours. The delivery period is therefore two years. The specific start of delivery for individual points of consumption may differ from the stated delivery period. The relevant information in this respect is contained in the service description and its annexes (in particular the overview of points of consumption). If no deviating arrangement is made in the service description or its annexes, the start of supply is deemed to be the respective delivery start from 01.01.2027, 00:00 hours.
