TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of electrical energy (green electricity) for the City of Wolfenbüttel in Lower Saxony. The type and scope of the service result from the performance description as well as the other tender documents. The delivery period begins on 01.01.2027 at 00:00 and ends on 31.12.2027 at 24:00. The delivery period is therefore one year. The specific start of delivery for individual offtake points may differ from the delivery period stated. The provisions in the performance description and its annexes are decisive (in particular the offtake point overview). If no deviating provision is made in the performance description or its annexes, the start of supply shall be deemed to be the respective delivery start on 01.01.2027 at 00:00. The supply covers a total of approximately 374 offtake points.
