    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The subject of Group 1 is the assessment, mapping and optimization of existing internal processes and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the needs of the research centre. In cooperation with the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is required to develop at least 12 standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the key managerial, administrative, technical and collaborative functions of the research centre. The SOPs must be aligned with the FAIR principles and the relevant good practices of the EU for research infrastructures and must ensure clear, consistent, transparent and effective procedures for employees and users.
