TENDER DESCRIPTION
East Renfrewshire Council wish to engage a suitably qualified company to undertake non-destructive inspections of street lighting apparatus, in accordance with the Well-managed Highway Infrastructure - A Code of Practice and the Institution of Lighting Professionals Technical Report TR22, and have the findings reported back. The apparatus to undertake this testing will be a variety of columns from 5m, 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m steel and galvanised steel columns including steel wall brackets. Inspection to include maintenance and cleaning of the luminaires.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
