TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the procurement is a service – under which, as a result of an analysis carried out, an independent assessment is provided of measures and activities targeted at the Ida-Viru County region, including the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, the interdependence of different measures, and their integration in the implementation of the Just Transition Fund.
