Studie: Immersive, dreidimensionale Szenariovisualisierung/-generierung für das Future Operating Environment (VA964)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the study is to examine whether, by means of 3D visualisation, the content of the Future Force Study in the context of the Future Operating Environment can be made “visualisable” for both the operational level of the planners and further developers of the Bundeswehr and for the management level above them, and thus rendered more impactful (better understood). The study is intended to improve the logical continuity of derivation, which has not yet existed in full, from the level of future-analytical documents to the National Ambition of the Bundeswehr. It is intended to create a starting point and link to further dimension-specific framework scenarios (e.g. framework scenario See 2040) and application-specific framework scenarios (e.g. overall state security 2035). The analysis resulting from the study provides valuable contributions to the updating of the National Ambition described with the Bundeswehr’s capability profile, including the subsequent development of capabilities, and also offers points of departure for further development of military strategy and force planning.
