TENDER DESCRIPTION
The aim of the study to improve the water quality of the Lusatian Neisse is to derive cost-effective measures or combinations of measures by means of the planning instrument "project and remediation plan," considering all the relevant pollution factors identified in the water bodies of the Lusatian Neisse LN-3 to LN-10 (point sources, diffuse sources, water abstractions, flow regulations and morphological changes, other anthropogenic impacts), whose implementation according to current knowledge will lead to achieving the objectives of "good ecological status" or "good ecological potential" and "good chemical status" within the deadline set in the management plan. The interactions between the individual water bodies (upstream/downstream water bodies) (e.g. substance transport, fish passability) as well as with groundwater bodies (GWBs) (e.g. substance loads from groundwater) must also be taken into account. The focus of this performance description lies on the identification and planning of the necessary measures to reduce the verified pollution types "point sources," "diffuse sources," "water abstractions," and "other anthropogenic impacts." The pollution type "flow regulations…
