TENDER DESCRIPTION
deSingel is the well-known arts center in Antwerp where the 4 disciplines theater, dance, music, and architecture coexist. Thanks also to the large-scale infrastructure of the site, this major art institution of the Flemish Government is a unique meeting place for the international and Flemish art world. The deSingel building contains a series of technical installations that need replacement due to end of life or in order to improve energy, comfort, and safety requirements. The assignment concerns a study assignment of specific technical installations in delimited zones and spaces in the building. This includes, among others, ventilation/air conditioning, elevators, emergency lighting, fire safety installation, and electrical panels. In addition to the study of the technical installations, there is also a limited architectural study assignment specifically relating to the structural fire compartmentalization at the basement level and at elevator shafts.
