A. Services requested The subject matter of the contract is planning services for two 8-storey extensions to existing halls of residence for student accommodation at Max-Planck-Straße 1 and 2 in Rostock. The extensions are intended to expand the existing accommodation capacity and are to be linked to the existing halls of residence in functional, design-related, and technical terms. The construction project is eligible for funding. The services to be awarded include the object planning and specialist planning services of the following HOAI 2021 service categories in the form of general planning for two buildings (House 1 and House 2) without splitting into lots as follows: I. House 1 Integrated planning and coordination of the following service categories and service phases: 1. Object planning for buildings and interiors, service phases 6 to 9 2.
