A. Services requested The subject matter of the contract is planning services for two 8-storey extensions to existing student accommodation halls at Max-Planck-Straße 1 and 2 in Rostock. The extensions are intended to expand the existing accommodation capacity and are to be connected, functionally, aesthetically and technically, to the existing accommodation halls. The construction project is subject to funding. The services to be awarded include the object planning and specialist planning services of the following HOAI 2021 service profiles in the form of general planning for two buildings (House 1 and House 2) without allocation into lots as follows: I. House 1 Integrated planning and coordination of the following service profiles and service phases: 1. Object planning of buildings and interiors LPh 6 to 9 2.
