TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns stevedoring, machine and crane services, as well as related logistics services at Hargs Port, Östhammar Municipality. The assignment includes unloading and loading of vessels, handling of cargo within the port area, unloading and loading of trucks, and ongoing maintenance of the port area, including, among other things, snow clearance. The port handles bulk cargo with a main focus on energy raw materials, grain, scrap, wood pellets and round timber, with an annual cargo volume of approximately 640,000–800,000 tonnes. Project cargo occurs in addition to fixed flows of bulk cargo. The contract period comprises 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 2 years each, for a total of up to 6 years. Start date: 2027-07-01. The procurement is conducted as an open procedure in accordance with the Act (2016:1146) on procurement within the utilities sector (LUF).
