TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns stevedoring, machine and crane services, as well as associated logistics services in Hargs Port, Östhammar Municipality. The assignment includes unloading and loading of vessels, handling cargo within the port area, unloading and loading of trucks, and ongoing maintenance of the port area, including, among other things, snow clearance. The port handles bulk cargo primarily focused on energy raw materials, grain, scrap, wood pellets and round timber, with an annual cargo volume of approximately 640 000–800 000 tonnes. Project cargo occurs in addition to the fixed flows of bulk cargo. The contract period comprises 2 years with the possibility of extension for a further 2 periods of 2 years each, for a total of up to 6 years. Start 2027-07-01.
