Subministrament de la llicència d’ús corporativa, per a un nombre il·limitat d’usuaris, d’una aplicació informàtica de gestió policial integral en modalitat Software as a Service, per a la Policia Local de l’Ajuntament de Palafolls, juntament amb els serveis necessaris per a la seva posada en servei i operació continuada, que comprenen la implantació, la configuració, la migració de les dades del sistema actual, les integracions amb sistemes de tercers, la formació, l’allotjament en entorn de núvol, el suport tècnic, el manteniment i l’evolució del programari durant tota la vigència contractual; de conformitat amb allò establert en el Plec de clàusules administratives particulars i al Plec de prescripcions tècniques particulars que l’acompanya.

Supply of the corporate usage licence, for an unlimited number of users, of an integrated police management software application in Software as a Service modality, for the Local Police of the City Council of Palafolls, together with the services necessary for its commissioning and continued operation, which include implementation, configuration, migration of data from the current system, integrations with third-party systems, training, hosting in a cloud environment, technical support, maintenance and software evolution throughout the entire term of the contract; in accordance with what is established in the particular administrative clauses document and in the accompanying particular technical specifications document.
