TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the contract is the supply of office materials and paper for writing and printing required for the ordinary operation of the different areas, services and departments of the Consell Comarcal del Pla de l’Estany. The contract includes the preparation, handling, transport, delivery and, where applicable, removal and replacement of the products covered by the contract, in accordance with the needs that arise during its term. The technical characteristics of the products, the estimated quantities and the other applicable technical requirements are defined in the Particular Technical Specifications and its annexes. The quantities stated in the annexes are for estimation purposes and do not entail any commitment on the part of the Consell Comarcal to purchase all of them. Supplies shall be carried out according to the actual needs of the authority during the term of the contract.
