The contract has a total duration of 3 months, which begins from the date of its formalization. This 3-month period is for the delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of the infrastructure. The contract cannot be extended once its validity period ends.

Following the completion of the contract, there is a 6-month contract guarantee period, starting from the date FGC RAIL fully accepts the work.

Key milestones and related timelines include:

• The project delivery period, which cannot exceed 3 months from the contracting date.
• A hardware warranty of 3 years, effective from the date of commissioning, with 24x7 support.
• A proactive maintenance service (Complete Care) is included for 3 years, coinciding with the technical warranty of the equipment.
• The contract award must be completed within a maximum of 5 months from the date the economic proposals are opened.
• Proposals from bidders remain valid for five months from the date the economic proposal is opened.

The core scope of work for this tender, titled "Supply of Infrastructure for applications and services Lleida-Terrassa" and "Supply of Infrastructure for CPD computing Lleida-Terrassa," involves implementing a robust, scalable, resilient, and highly available technological infrastructure at the Data Processing Center (CPD) in Pla de Vilanoveta. This infrastructure is essential to support the central systems required for the operation of the Lleida-Terrassa line, addressing both current and future functional and technological expansion needs while ensuring adequate availability and performance.

• Supply and Installation: Providing and installing equipment such as a rack, hyper-converged servers, backup equipment, and necessary network equipment. This also encompasses the placement and commissioning of this equipment.

• Project Management: Overseeing the overall management of the project.
• Warranty and Support: All hardware must have a 3-year warranty from the date of commissioning, including 24x7 support with a maximum response time of 4 hours. A proactive maintenance service (Complete Care) for 3 years, with 24x7 coverage, is also required with the equipment purchase.

• E2 - Technical Documentation of Installed Systems: Comprehensive technical documentation for all installed equipment. (Format: Digital).

The entire project execution period is not to exceed 3 months from the contract date.
