TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Palafrugell bus station has an air-conditioning system that operates through a centralized unit. This unit is obsolete and has not worked for years, which is why different splits were installed. However, given the high temperatures in recent years and the planned refurbishment of the station’s bar, it is essential to have a centralized air-conditioning system that works properly. For this reason, the infrastructure requires the supply of a new air-conditioning unit. In this regard, the following aspects are included in this tender: • Supply and installation of air-conditioning unit CIAT model IPJ0240. Includes commissioning by the official technical service and tax for fluorinated gases R 45B • Adaptation of ductwork for the entry and exit of air to the new unit • Removal and management of waste from the current unit with the corresponding recycling certificate • Materials required for installation and removal (lifting equipment) The installation of the new air-conditioning unit will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months from the formalization of the contract.
