TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the building contractor works in connection with the planned extension and conversion of the existing Breitenbach care home for the elderly. The scope of services includes all building contractor works required for the implementation of the shell structure. In particular, this includes site establishment, the required demolition and dismantling works, earthworks and excavation works, drainage and sewerage works, foundations, concrete and reinforced concrete works, formwork and reinforcement works, masonry works, as well as additional works on the existing building.
