TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a subscription for the Microsoft 365 Copilot service or an equivalent service providing access to advanced artificial intelligence functions supporting work in Microsoft 365 applications. The subject matter includes 200 subscriptions for the Microsoft 365 Copilot service or an equivalent solution, together with activation for a period of 12 months. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 3 to the SWZ / Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. 3. The draft provisions of the contract for the above public contract, which will be introduced into the text of the contract, are located in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4.
