TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the public one-stage competition is to find the best possible interior design concept solution for providing library services for young people in the Südalinna Library building in Tallinn, in the premises of the former Mr Maurus’ pub (hereinafter the pub premises) with a scope of 167.3 m² and for the current computer class with a scope of 61 m², connecting them with the existing library premises. The new solution must be comfortable, safe, innovative and functional for the users and staff of the library. In the case of the library, it is the so-called third space alongside school and home, and the spatial environment must support the activities carried out there and function as an inviting, open and creative environment.
