TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject of this procurement is the services for technical equipment/ electrical planning in the plant groups 4 and 5 (KG 440 and 450) with regard to construction sections 2 to 5. The corresponding specialist planning for the 1st construction section, by contrast—as already explained—is not part of this procurement. The remaining technical equipment (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 6 and 8 / KG 410, 420, 430, 460 and 480) will be awarded separately for all construction sections 1 to 5. Plant group 7 (KG 470) will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. For all plant groups relevant here for electrical planning, service phases 1 to 9 will be awarded in accordance with Annex 15 of HOAI 2021. b) The following special services of technical equipment are also being awarded: - Selection and completion of the necessary forms in accordance with the procurement manual (lump-sum fee – service phase 7 / performance level 3), - Supervision of rectification of defects within the limitation period (time-based fee - service phase 9 / performance level 3) c) Otherwise, with regard to the scope of services and fee parameters, reference is made to the draft contract (Part C of the…
