TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject of this procurement is the services of the technical equipment / electrical planning in the plant groups 4 and 5 (KG 440 and 450) with regard to construction phases 2 to 5. The corresponding specialist planning for the 1st construction phase, by contrast—as already stated—is not part of this procurement. The technical equipment otherwise (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 6 and 8 / KG 410, 420, 430, 460 and 480) will be procured separately for all construction phases 1 to 5. Plant group 7 (KG 470) will be carried out by the contracting authority itself. For all plant groups relevant here in electrical planning, performance phases 1 to 9 shall be awarded in accordance with Appendix 15 of HOAI 2021. b) The following Special Services of the Technical Equipment are also assigned: - Selection and completion of the required forms in accordance with the procurement manual (lump-sum fee – performance phase 7 / service level 3), - Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period (time-based fee – performance phase 9 / service level 3) c) In all other respects, with regard to the scope of services and fee parameters, reference is made to the draft contract (Part…
