TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject of this procurement is building and interior design services with regard to construction phases 2 to 5. In this context, the basic services of performance phases 3 to 9 for building and interior planning will be awarded in stages in accordance with Annex 10 to the HOAI. (In contrast, the object planning for construction phase 1 is not part of this procurement—as already stated.) b) In addition, the following Special Services for building and interior planning will be awarded: - Selection and completion of the necessary forms in accordance with the procurement manual (flat-rate fee—performance phase 7 / performance level 3), - Monitoring the rectification of defects within the statute of limitations period (time-based fee—performance phase 9 / performance level 3) c) With regard to the scope of services and fee parameters, reference is made in all other respects to the draft contract (Part C of the procurement documents). d) The expected period for the entire building and interior planning is from November 2026 to 2035 (with additional inclusion of performance phase 9 [= 4 years]). e) Specialist planning services will be awarded separately.
