TENDER DESCRIPTION

a) The subject matter of this procurement is building and interior planning services with regard to construction sections 2 to 5. The basic services of performance phases 3 to 9 of the building and interior planning will be awarded in stages in accordance with Annex 10 to the HOAI. (In contrast, the object planning for construction section 1 is not part of this procurement—as already stated.) b) The following Special services of building and interior planning are also to be awarded: - Selection and completion of the necessary forms according to the procurement manual (lump-sum fee—performance phase 7 / service level 3), - Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period (time fee—performance phase 9 / service level 3) c) Otherwise, with regard to the scope of services and fee parameters, reference is made to the draft contract (Part C of the procurement documents). d) The estimated period for the entire building and interior planning is November 2026 to 2035 (with additional inclusion of performance phase 9 [= 4 years].) e) Specialist planning services will be awarded separately.
