TENDER DESCRIPTION

Successive supply of 72 tonnes of mineral-asphalt mixture for cold laying 1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of 72 tonnes of mineral-asphalt mixture for cold laying to the Road Authority (Obwód Drogowy) in Iława (14-200 Iława, ul. Wyszyńskiego 45) and to the Road Authority (Obwód Drogowy) in Susz (14-240 Susz, Karolewo 17). 2. The minimum delivery quantity is 24 tonnes and the maximum total delivery quantity is 72 tonnes. 3. The asphalt mixture for cold laying, at minimum, must meet the following conditions: - it must be produced based on fine-grained aggregate and modified asphalts, - it must be suitable for use at temperatures from -15°C to +30°C (without heating of the mix), - it must be packed in sealed bags, - the material must be delivered in transports of at least 24 tonnes on pallets (undamaged) enabling transport using a manual pallet truck, which will become the property of the Contracting Authority after delivery of the material; if it is not possible to drive a manual pallet truck under the pallet, the Contracting Authority will refuse acceptance of the goods by the supplier and the costs associated with this will be borne by the contractor, - it…
