TENDER DESCRIPTION

Successive delivery of food products for the Municipal Nursery in Długołęka in 2027. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of food products specified in the assortment-price forms constituting Annex No. 1A to the Terms of Reference (ToR), covering sheets: A, B, C, D, E. The conditions for contract execution are specified in the draft/template contract, which is Annex No. 3 to the ToR. The Contractor shall deliver products using their own transport adapted for the transport of food products (in accordance with HACCP) on working days at the hours indicated in the order. A detailed description of the contract subject, specifying the type and quantity of the ordered assortment, is included in Annex No. 1A to the ToR, i.e., the assortment-price forms (attachments to the Offer Form No. 1A,1B,1C,1D,1E for each type) and constitute an integral part of the ToR. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its execution is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the ToR.
