Successive delivery of food products for PK units The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products and operating materials, cleaning and filtration agents for coffee machines, including descalers, cleaning tablets, agents for cleaning milk systems, water filters and filter cartridges for the Cracow University of Technology, carried out successively on the basis of partial orders sent by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. A detailed description of the Contracting Authority’s needs, including the required parameters of the items and estimated delivery quantities during the period covered by the contract, is contained in the price form, Annex No. 1A to the SWZ, which also constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. The terms of performance of the contract are also included in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
