TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery of food products to Public Kindergarten No. 5 named Jasio and Małgosia in Wałcz for 2027. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into seven parts: 2.1. part one of the contract – Successive delivery of bread and confectionery items – assortment in accordance with the listing contained in the tender form. 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven parts of the contract. 4. The quantities indicated in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ are indicative quantities used to calculate the tender price, compare tenders and select the Contractor. 5. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the food products at its own cost and risk in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes No. 3.1 to the SWZ. 1.
