TENDER DESCRIPTION
Part No 1 – animal products, meat and meat products – fresh, high-quality products, properly labelled and transported under conditions ensuring the maintenance of the cold chain. Fresh meat is to be chilled, not frozen and not defrosted, with the appropriate organoleptic characteristics. Detailed quality and quantity requirements are set out in Appendix No 1a.
