Successive delivery of eco-pea coal (ekogroszek) for the Schools Complex named after Hugon Kołłątaj in Zawiercie 1. The subject matter of the contract is successive deliveries of hard coal of the ekogroszek type to the Schools Complex named after Hugon Kołłątaj in Zawiercie (ul. Miodowa 1) in the 2026/2027 heating season. 2. The Contracting Authority declares that the purchased hard coal will be 100% intended for fuel/heating purposes. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered ekogroszek originate from a Polish mine. Imported ekogroszek from abroad is not permitted. 3. Fuel parameters constituting the subject of the contract: Minimum calorific value: 29 MJ/kg; Granulation: 5–25 mm; Maximum ash content: 10%; Maximum sulphur content: 1%; Maximum caking index: 20 RI. 4. Each time, the order will include transport and unloading of the fuel—carried out by the Contractor and at its expense. 5. The scope of the basic order is 80 tonnes. In the event of increased demand for fuel and upon exhaustion of the quantity scope under the basic order, the Contracting Authority provides for making use of the option consisting in extending the basic order by delivery of 50 tonnes.
