TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of brand-new flow cells for sequencing together with compatible reagents over a period of 18 months. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (“OPZ”). 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract comes from current production and has approvals and certificates required by law allowing it to be placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. All conditions and the manner of performing the subject matter of the contract have been specified in the essential provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (“IPU”). 3. The offered gross prices included in the price form must take into account all costs related to performance of the subject matter of the contract, in particular including transport, customs-duty and treasury fees, and handling fees. 4. The successive deliveries shall be made to the Contracting Authority’s registered office at ul. Ks. Trojdena 4, 02-109 Warszawa 1.
