Successive supply of aggregate ex works at the site of municipal investment yards carried out within the territory of the Jabłonka Commune. 1. The subject matter of the contract includes successive deliveries of aggregate to municipal investment yards carried out within the territory of the Jabłonka Commune: − crushed stone of fraction 31.5 - 63 mm in the quantity of 500 [m3] − crushed stone chippings of fraction 8 – 31.5 mm in the quantity of 500 [m3]The Ordering Party allows the contract to be not performed up to 50% of the quantities specified above. .2. The aggregate delivered will be transported by the Contractor to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The aggregate will be delivered successively over a period of 270 days from the date of conclusion of the contract or until earlier exhaustion of the contract quantities within the time limit specified by the Contractor in the tender offer (in working days) from the date of notification (provided to the Contractor by telephone or e-mail) by the Ordering Party in the quantity specified by it.
