“Successive supply of construction materials along with transport and unloading for the needs of DP Lipno Sp. z o.o.” 1. The subject of this contract is the successive supply of construction materials for the performance of construction works carried out by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will provide a delivery schedule indicating the delivery date and place together with design documentation for specific construction works, and the Supplier shall deliver the construction materials in accordance with the design documentation provided by the Contracting Authority and within the time limit guaranteed in the tender. The construction materials should be transported using appropriate means of transport adapted for this purpose, in a manner guaranteeing avoidance of permanent damage, and in accordance with the provisions on occupational health and safety (OHS) and road traffic.
